10% GLA, cold pressed and haxane-free, Evening Primrose Oil (1300mg) is one of Solgar's premium-quality essential fatty acids. EPO is one of the richest sources of GLA, which is important for women's hormone health. G is an omega 6 fatty acid found mostly in plant base oils. Essential for human health, the body can't produce GLA and so needs to derive it from foods or supplements. Solgar's formulation provides premium quality primrose oil, cold pressed without the use of chemical solvents. Can help reduce the general symptoms associated with PMS.

glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)

Solgar® Evening Primrose Oil is a source of Gamma-Linolenic Acid and Linoleic Acid, an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid.

FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soya, Yeast, Preservatives, Sweeteners, Artificial Flavours or Colours

SUGGESTED USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) softgels daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
